**We do NOT offer boarding to those not participating in our Lesson or Training Program**

Lesson Board - $1350/month.

• 8 riding lessons, 8 hack rides, 4 pro-rides

• Full Care

• Grain 2x Daily

• Hay 2x Daily (Alfalfa & Unlimited Coastal)

• Stall Cleaned Daily (7 days a week)

• Daily Turn out (Weather Permitting)

• Blanketing

• Scheduling of Farrier and Veterinarian

Training Board - $1350/month (+200 for Starting/Breaking)

• 4-5 sessions/week. (Min of 3 u/s, 1 lunge conditioning per week)

• Full Care

• Grain 2x Daily

• Hay 2x Daily (Alfalfa & Unlimited Coastal)

• Stall Cleaned Daily (7 days a week)

• Daily Turn out (Weather Permitting)

• Blanketing

• Scheduling of Farrier and Veterinarian

Show Board - $1800/month (+200 for tack up service)

8 Lessons(or Pro Ride), 12 Pro Rides, 4 Supervised hacks

• Grooming 5 days a week

• Daily Hoof Picking

• Mane Pulling

• Trimming (Ears, Jaw, Fetlocks)

• Laundry Services 

• Tack cleaning

**Additional Fees:

• Summer Board (Fly Spray & Fan use) +$50/month May-September

• Body Clipping $200

• Trimming $25

• Mane Pulling $25

• Private stall (If available) $50/month

• Private turn-out (if available) $100/mo.

• Pro Ride- $50

• Haul-ins $35 (must have proof of negative coggins and vaccination records)

• 15% Commission on all horse sales, leases, and purchases.
