SSF Welcomes Emily Maahs-Assistant Trainer

A little late in our announcement, but we would like to officially welcome Emily Maahs as Assistant Trainer @ Smallside Farm. Emily has been teaching beginner-intermediate lessons @Smallside Farm for the better part of 2019 and we feel so lucky to have her!

Emily spent her early junior years on her pony Rollingwood's Alright Already bringing home numerous national titles in English Pleasure, Equitation, and Hunter Over Fences. After successfully competing for many years in the hunter ring, Emily decided to move up the Junior Pony

Jumper ranks on her pony Make it Rein, who she brought along exclusively with her trainer, Candice Reece. Together they successfully competed in .9-1.20 jumper classes and qualified and competed in 2016 Pony Finals. Emily has also had the privilege to ride under or clinic with Kim Brunson, Michael Page, Nick Larkin and Dan Keen.

Currently Emily is busy starting and training our young ponies and teaching many young riders here at Smallside Farm.
